Siteholders

The MGCC is responsible for registering all Video Lotto Terminal (VLT) Siteholders. New Siteholders are required to apply for registration at the same time as they apply for VLTs from Manitoba Lotteries Corporation.

The MGCC oversees and enforces Siteholder Terms and Conditions through its registration process and regular inspections to ensure that all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions are met and maintained. This includes terms and conditions related to the Problem Gambling Assistance Program offered by the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. The Manitoba Lotteries Corporation's (MLC) Video Lotto Division owns and manages all VLT machines in Manitoba under agreements with eligible licensed beverage rooms and lounges and First Nations.
