The MGCC supports First Nations by assisting with finance and management practices for gaming activities that benefit First Nations communities. The MGCC has staff assigned to each First Nation that will provide advice and assistance to First Nations from training sessions to walking you through a daily balancing report. First Nations VLT Siteholders
According to VLT Siteholder Registration Terms and Conditions - First Nations siteholders are required to maintain records and publish an annual report. Each siteholder must submit their First Nations VLT Siteholder Report to the Manitoba Gaming Control Commission (MGCC) within 120 days of the fiscal year end.

First Nations Gaming Commissions
In Manitoba, all gambling licensing authorities (First Nations' Gaming Commissions and municipalities) are required to maintain records and publish an annual report of the charitable events they license. Each gaming commission must submit their First Nations Gaming Commission Financial Report to the Manitoba Gaming Control Commission (MGCC) within 90 days of the fiscal year end.
