The Electronic Report Tool (ERT) is a dynamic, user friendly Excel file that looks just like the paper MGCC Financial Report forms, but has all the advantages of a computerized report and is designed to be submitted via e-mail.

How do I get started?
Complete and submit the application form. Once we’ve processed your information, we’ll notify you via e-mail and provide the ERT along with your unique PIN. From there, you will save a copy of the ERT (which is an Excel template) to your computer system.
What about training?
Easy to use instructions are provided, along with guidance within the tool itself. Of course, you can call your auditor in Winnipeg at 954-9400 or 1-800-782-0363, during regular office hours of 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday. If you prefer, you can also send an e-mail with your question to audit@mgcc.mb.ca.
