Monte Carlo Events

Monte Carlo is  a lottery scheme consisting of a maximum of four (4) blackjack table games and any number of wheel of fortune games.

Blackjack means a card game, the object of which is to be dealt cards having a higher count than those of the dealer up to but not exceeding twenty-one (21).

Wheel of fortune means a gambling device bearing some resemblance to a revolving wheel with sections indicating chances taken or bets placed.

Monte Carlo events are generally held in conjunction with another event and are commonly used as the entertainment.  They are often referred to as a casino night.
